Announcing Windows 10
Windows 10 Build 6.4.9841 (Windows 10 First Build) released via fbl_release branch
It was the first preview build of Windows 10, It was released on September 30, 2014.
Back to Desktop:
Ø  Multiple desktops support
Ø  Task view button has been added
Ø  Task view replaced the App Switcher
Ø  Modern apps now can run on the desktop and
easy to resize
Ø  New in Aero Snap
§  You can now snap up to 4 windows on any screen
resolution
§  When you snap a window and resize it, then
snap another window to the other side, it will fill up the left screen instead
of half the screen
§  When snapping an app, Windows will prompt an
overview of other running apps to snap along
Ø  You can now scroll a windows by pointing the
cursor to it whether it is active or not
Ø  notification area have more space When used on
a touch enabled device
Start is Back:
Ø  Under "Start Menu" in "Taskbar
and Start Menu Properties" add option to switch back to the start screen
has been added
Ø  The new start menu has been added with support
for Live Tiles
Ø  The Charms bar can't be accessed with the
mouse.
File Explorer:
Ø  "Add to favorites" button is added
under "Start" in the ribbon
Ø  You can now share files from the File Explorer
with compatible Apps
