Improvement in Start

1. Some new icons added
2. Resizable start menu is back
3. Recently installed are now displayed on top of the all apps list
4. The Power button is moved above the All apps button
5. Cortana can look for music
6. Start now shows the apps that are being installed
7. Transparency can be disable-enable

1. Project Spartan updated from version 0.10 to 0.11
2. Now can find downloads in the download manager
3. Open Internet Explorer from within Spartan
4. Save PDFs in the browser
5. Spartan now has an about:flags page with new options compared to Internet Explorer
6. Other many improvements (also for Internet Explorer)
