Introduction:
Troubleshooting is the best way to make a simplest solution of any problem in Windows. The fact is, many of troubleshooters are programmed by collected Feedback from general Users. Hence it works quite good nevertheless it won’t work over hardware or firmware problems. In Windows 10, The availability of Troubleshooters Is large and peoples are used to it. Maybe it is Network Troubleshoot, Connectivity troubleshoot or any other. But, have you ever felt requirement of "Start Menu" Troubleshooter? Or even Have Heard About This term? There are Many Cases(Listed Below) where the requirement of start menu troubleshooter occurs but people won’t use this feature because it’s not an in-built feature of windows
Here we present procedure to run this exceptional feature of windows 10.
Follow the Steps:
1. Download the Start menu troubleshooter from Microsoft below.
2. Save and run the downloaded “startmenu.diagcab” file from above.
Note: The Start menu troubleshooter will only run and will not be installed in your Windows 10.
3. Click/tap on the Advanced link in the Start menu troubleshooter. (see screenshot below)
4. Check the Apply repairs automatically box, and click/tap on Next. (see screenshot below)
5. The Start menu troubleshooter will now check for problems with the Start menu. (see screenshot below)
The troubleshooter checks for the following issues:
- If Start Menu and Cortana applications are installed correctly
- Registry key permission issues
- Tile database corruption issues
- Application manifest corruption issues.
6. If the troubleshooter finds any problems, it will attempt to automatically fix them. You can click/tap on View detailed information to see the troubleshooting report details. (see screenshots below)
7. When finished, you can close the Start menu troubleshooter.
Note: Every time you have to run this file by Double Clicking or By Pressing Enter in order to run “Start Menu Troubleshooter”
